Board set and layout

You are not limited to the default board or piece set. Dasher comes with a variety of boards and pieces you can choose from and there and ready-made Schemes available that combine the best of both that you can choose from.

In the Board Layout Settings tab, you have complete control over the board and pieces. Here are some of the main customizations:

Choose to use an existing Scheme
Create and save your own scheme from the different piece sets, boards, and colors available
Customize the display of the border around the board. If you are trying to maximize the size of your board, you may even want to turn this feature off.
